Making Appointments
Patients wishing to make an appointment are invited to contact the physician’s office of their choice directly via telephone.
Canceling Appointments
Physician HealthCare Network and PHCN Pediatric Care require 24 hours notice for cancellation of an appointment.
TeleHealth Appointments
Telehealth appointments are available. Please contact your provider at his or her location, directly, to schedule an appointment.
Prescription Refills
We are e-prescribing offices. If you are in need of a refill of your prescription, please call your pharmacy.
After-Hours Care
If you require emergency medical care after regular business hours, please call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest hospital emergency room.
