Physician HealthCare Network understands that your time is valuable. As a patient with PHCN, there is no need to schedule separate appointments for lab draws or x-rays. We provide lab draws and x-ray services at our walk-in clinics.
Patient Portal

You can also communicate with your provider via the portal. Please contact your provider’s office for directions on how to link your personal medical information to your patient portal account.
